Introduction

Welcome to The Deli's catering services. By placing an order for our corporate or wholesale catering, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. 1. Definitions

The Deli: Refers to The Deli's corporate and wholesale catering services.
Client: Refers to the individual or organisation placing an order with The Deli.
Order: Refers to any request made by the Client for catering services provided by The Deli.
Services: Refers to the corporate and wholesale catering services provided by The Deli.

2. Ordering

Orders must be placed through our website at www.the-deli.com.au. All orders must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Terms

Corporate Catering: Payments are due upon the day of delivery, which will be issued upon confirmation of the order. Payment can be made via credit card or direct bank transfer.

Wholesale Catering: Payment terms are net 7 days from the date of the invoice. Payment can be made via credit card or direct bank transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

5. Delivery

Corporate Catering: Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our city location at 811 Hay St, Perth WA 6000. Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday.

Wholesale Catering: A flat delivery fee of $15 applies to all orders. Deliveries are made early in the morning to ensure freshness.

6. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

The Deli will accommodate dietary requirements and allergies to the best of our ability. It is the Client's responsibility to inform The Deli of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of placing the order. The Deli is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by our food.

7. Quality and Freshness

The Deli is committed to providing fresh and high-quality food. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our food, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will address your concerns promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Deli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

The Deli reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the Client's responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
